Blue Quartz is a Quartz Crystal with inclusions of either rutile, tourmaline or zoiste.
This essence acts similarly to Clear Quartz and is focused within the blue range of light. The colour blue in connection with quartz seems to stimulate our acknowledgement of Truth. This follows on to assist in the removal of toxins on an energetic level. Blue quartz essence stimulates the Heart and Throat chakras to open in Unison. All the subtle bodies are aligned and balanced. Our Yin qualities are more accentuated. The safety to experience and express what we truly are, can develop.
