Amethyst is a Quartz Crystal (SIO2) with inclusions of Ferric Iron.
As an essence it acts within the pattern of Clear Quartz and as such illuminates each of the crystalline structures of the body in light. Lifting consciousness and balancing all levels of human experience. Supporting us in our experience of our Inner Light.
However with the Amethyst Essence, energy is focused within the purple range of light. A common response to this is the increased awareness of the Divine, which can alleviate fear.
